Prepare the Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all tags and certificates, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
